Don’t Limit God!
If you don’t believe in the Holy Ghost, or you are averse to speaking/praying in tongues, you limit what God can do in your life.

It is a good thing to express pity, but really sometimes tough love may be what is needed to save someone.
Despite all of Sanballat’s attempt to break Nehemiah’s focus and stop the work of God (as recorded in the book of Nehemiah), he failed woefully. Nehemiah kept his focus on the vision, drew his strength from God and wouldn’t rest until the glory of the temple in Jerusalem was restored. In spite of strong oppositions, Nehemiah delivered the vision. You too can do same.
to ‘Put on The Whole Armor of God’ is to be totally, completely, fully dressed (and protected) with God’s spiritual covering.
How do we do this?
You have to be careful how you respond to people’s interpretation of events happening around you. When God sends the things/people you need, it may not always look right or appropriate to onlookers, however it is your understanding of what is happening that matters. Because your understanding will determine your response.
A lamp is a device that gives light and among other things, light helps with direction. Therefore Proverbs 20:27 is actually saying that God leads man by his spirit. This is the primary way by which God leads His sons.

If someone creates room to receive feedback or constructive criticism of their actions or lifestyle, take it and deliver your opinion in a most respectful manner. If no such system exists, trust Jesus to handle it.
The main problem with being like Hymenaeus and Philetus who were identified as ‘babblers’ and ‘chatters’ is not just that it limits an individual’s usefulness for God’s purpose, but this thing has the potency to spread fast (like cancer) through a section of the body.
But could it be that the manifestation of your long awaited hope is starring at you and yet you do not see it as such? We know that God is faithful; He will always come through. That’s how we know that the hope that is rested on Christ does not disappoint. We just need to LOOK with our spiritual eyes in order SEE it and then take it by faith
Jesus said when a woman loses one of ten pieces of silver coins, she doesn’t go ranting or become uncontrollably distraught. No, she calms down, puts herself together, lights a candle, picks up a broom, looks, searches, looks again, searches in every possible nook and cranny, until she finds it. And when she finds it, she rejoices greatly, calling on her friends and neighbours to come celebrate with her (Luke 15:8-9)
