There are 2 other kinds of ONE mentioned in 1 Corinthuans 6- When someone confesses Jesus as Lord and Saviour, he  becomes One spirit with Christ (verse 17) and his body is becomes a member of Christ (verse 15). 

According to Romans 8:14, if you are a son of God, you should never lack direction, never be confused, never be unsure of the will of God for any situation, because God leads His sons. Are you at crossroads? Do you need to make a critical life decision about where to live, who to marry, what schools to send your kids to, your next steps, your purpose in life? You have the Spirit of Christ. You are God’s son. And God leads His sons.

When we reach out to God for help from the place of oppression, bondage, depression or captivity, we find that all along He’s been waiting to help us. Indeed Jesus already delivered us and by the wisdom of God we become privy to steps/actions to take in order to have more pleasant experiences in life.

a gentle and quiet spirit is of great worth to God

In an evil, hazardous and fierce world, Jesus wants us to be as sheep among wolves….in our thoughts, words and actions. To be simple, seperate, smart, sensitive and strategic. To be wise and discerning.

Jesus makes God real and close. Come follow Jesus today, you will experience God on a new level.

A city set on a hill that brings illumination to the world around. A light that cannot be hidden nor put under a basket nor extinguished by darkness (John 1:5, Luke 11:33). No!
You bring hope to your environment and beyond. You are an embodiment of knowledge, wisdom, counsel, might, and understanding. You have the Spirit of God, imputed and imparted in you by the life of light.

We are born of God, God is love and so we are love. Love is an enduring attribute of God (1 John 4:7-8). We are made of love! and with the help of the Holy Spirit we can love as God loves. We are born of God, we have His nature and Spirit within us and so we can express love as God does.

As a Christian, sometimes, people abhor your presence. They make it very clear that they don’t like you. And if you care to check, you wouldn’t find explanations for their stance. In this kind of scenario, it may be safe to keep your distance, but should you give back hate?
