What is the Law of Faith?
Romans 3:27 shows us that there is a Law of Faith.
Just like seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, day and night (Genesis 8:22), the Law of Faith is a constant—always present, always working.
When you understand this law, you can use it to maximize everything that is available to you in Christ.
Jesus demonstrated this Law in the parable of the fig tree (Mark 11:12–14), and then explained how the Law works in Mark 11:23.
There are five important truths we see about the Law of Faith:
5 Key Truths About The Law of Faith (Mark 11:23)
1️⃣ The Law of Faith works for whoever (anyone).
This law is not restricted to a particular group.
It works for whoever applies it—even those who have not yet received salvation.
There were no Christians when Jesus healed people; yet they received their miracles through faith.
The Law of Faith is no respecter of persons — anyone can operate it.
2️⃣ The Law of Faith is activated by words.
There must be a saying for the Law of Faith to work.
The Law of Faith does not operate in silence — Faith speaks.
3️⃣ The Law of Faith triggers or elicits a supernatural response.
Words can cause positive alterations in the natural course of events.
Proverbs 18:21 and James 3:3–6 show that the tongue is powerful — use it well.
4️⃣ The Law of Faith produces your “whatever.”
“With the Law of Faith, whoever will have whatever they say.”
Your words determine the course of your life.
So, it’s important you speak God’s Word, not careless or reckless statements, because you shall have whatever you say.
5️⃣ The Law of Faith can be hindered by doubt.
Doubt weakens the operation of faith.
You must learn how to deal with doubt, so that it does not rob you of your blessings and miracles.
