We read from Hebrews 4:15 that Jesus was tempted just as we are tempted (sometimes) as children of God, however, Jesus did not sin. Join me to learn How Not To Fall Into Temptations.
“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.” Hebrews 4:15 NKJV
In this short Bible Study video, I make the point that Jesus was as much human as any child of God living on earth today. He was born of God’s Spirit, born of a woman, and baptized with the Holy Ghost.
So every child of God can live as victoriously on earth as Jesus did. If Jesus walked successfully through this world, was tempted yet He did not sin, then it is possible also for every child of God to overcome temptations. It is possible to be tempted and yet without sin. The question is; How? In this Bible Study series I discus How Not To Fall Into Temptations.
So far in learning How Not To Fall into Temptations just as Jesus, we have learnt 3 points
- It is possible to be tempted, yet not sin
- Temptations don’t come from God
- Temptations follow desires and needs
