Grace is simply; the POWER of the Holy Spirit at work in us to conquer in every area of life.
According to Jesus (as conveyed by Paul), His Grace (power/strength) is made Perfect in weakness.
“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
II Corinthians 12:9 NKJV
This is not to say that Grace only works where there is a weakness. No, God’s Grace is always at work in us by His Spirit. But naturally, we don’t seek or acknowledge this presence and it’s effects in the ‘little‘ things we believe we can fix ourselves.
Difficult and challenging times force us to sit back, humble ourselves before God and then to draw from His unceasing Grace.
There are feats we can accomplish by ourselves. In those instances where it seems like there’s nothing we can do, truth is; there may really be nothing we can do of our own. But the story always changes the moment we recognize and take advantage of the riches of God’s grace, the rich treasure and deposit of the Holy Spirit in us to do All things. Ephesians 1:19 speaks about the greatness of this grace.
“and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power“
Ephesians 1:19 NKJV
While it may seem like our momentary subconscious negligence of the all-time workings of grace in us is a bad thing, we can actually rejoice with the realization that we are all-time champions. In times of human strength; we win, in times of human weakness; we win by grace. All-round, and all-time we win. Halleluyah!
Today, stand tall, square up your shoulders, for you can do All things through Christ.
Win in your ministry. Win at your jobs. Win in your academics. Win in your marriage. Win with your children. Win in your family relationships. Win, win, win by grace.
“Christ is the one who gives me the strength I need to do whatever I must do.“
Philippians 4:13 ERV
It’s all by grace through faith in Christ.
Have a blessed week; fruitful and prosperous in all ramifications.
Love Always ❤
