The GOF Elderly Persons Support Project (EPSP)
EPSP is a one-year project targeted at select group of people aged 70years and above, living in underserved communities in Nigeria.
EPSP aims to identify individuals within the above-stated age group who suffer from at least one chronic illness, are financially challenged, and may have been recently bereaved of their spouse. EPSP will help them access healthcare, enjoy better personal care and support, and become part of a community that fosters healthy psycho-social connections.
Beneficiaries enjoy a regular supply of medications and monthly home visits by health personnel.
……..
EPSP is not a geriatric care service, it is a humanitarian project that Supports Elderly Persons.
